Marsa

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Marsa, a customs clearance and freight forwarding management platform operated by Silk Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Marsa, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.

2. The Service

Marsa provides tools for managing customs clearance operations, shipments, quotes, invoicing, client records, and related workflows for logistics companies. Optional integrations (such as connecting a Gmail or Outlook account, or the Nafeza customs portal) are provided as-is to assist your workflow and are used only at your direction.

3. Accounts & Access

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for safeguarding your account credentials. Company administrators are responsible for managing which employees have access and at what permission level.

4. Connected Third-Party Accounts

If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, you authorize Marsa to send email as you and to read message metadata (sender, subject, and a short snippet) for the sole purpose of matching messages to your operations and clients, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a connected account at any time, and doing so immediately revokes our access to it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Marsa to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access another company's data, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

6. Data Ownership

Data you enter into Marsa (operations, shipments, client records, financial data) belongs to you and your company. We act as a data processor providing the platform to store and manage it, and do not claim ownership over your business data.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Marsa available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the platform evolves. We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to account administrators.

8. Limitation of Liability

Marsa is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silk Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on customs-status data sourced from third-party government portals.

9. Termination

You may stop using Marsa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
